In June 2024, I made an important decision: to temporarily stop my energy and shamanic support sessions<\/strong>. It wasn\u2019t an easy choice, but it became necessary after the biggest emotional and energetic upheaval of my life. I\u2019ll explain why, and how I see what comes next. <\/p>\n\n

A period of deep transformation<\/h2>\n\n

My life changed radically after a separation that shook everything I relied on. I lost the person who mattered most to me for over twenty years: my anchor, my support, my best friend. I also lost my home and my animals. With her, a big part of my family, my roots, and my alignment flew away, plunging me into an immense emptiness that I still feel today. An emptiness that will probably never be filled, but one I\u2019ll learn to live with. <\/p>\n\n

For several months, I felt uprooted, adrift. Instead of seeking outside support, I felt a deep need to guide myself\u2014like an initiatory rite of passage, a challenge to face alone in order to grow. I multiplied my self-care practices, giving myself the time and space I needed to move through this transformation. <\/p>\n\n

Rebuilding my life, finding my balance again<\/h2>\n\n

Today, I\u2019m still in transition, but I\u2019m starting to find my new place. In Germany, I\u2019m rebuilding my day-to-day life, putting down new roots, living a new relationship that truly nourishes me, and forming new friendships. Despite the distance, I\u2019m doing my best to take care of the friends who have been there since the beginning of this ordeal. <\/p>\n\n

Every day, I feel a little more at home. My alignment is returning, my bearings are taking shape again, and inner stability is settling in: I\u2019m in love, I\u2019m happy, I\u2019m fulfilled. <\/p>\n\n

The handpan, my anchor and my expression<\/h2>\n\n

In this time of intense upheaval, the handpan has been\u2014and still is\u2014my refuge. It helped me weather the storm, express what words couldn\u2019t say, and soothe my wounds. Since June, it has taken up all the space in my life and has become my main anchor. It continues to guide me and be with me, with every note I play for myself and for you. <\/p>\n\n

Resuming energy healing<\/h2>\n\n

I can feel the time to resume energy and shamanic healing is approaching. It will happen gently, with respect and awareness: my schedule will reopen first to the people I\u2019ve already supported, then it will gradually welcome new requests. It\u2019s essential for me to return to this work with full presence and integrity. <\/p>\n\n

I receive many requests every week, and I thank you deeply for your trust. But there are times when it\u2019s vital to step back so you can come back stronger. My commitment has always been to offer you the best\u2014not a cut-rate kind of support dictated by financial pressure. When I resume, it will be with a heart fully aligned. <\/p>\n\n

I\u2019ll announce the reopening of my schedule in my newsletter and on my social media channels.<\/p>\n\n
