The Origins of LaHoChi
Specific instructions for performing LaHoChi healings were transmitted to a spiritual instructor named Satchamar on May 15, 1991. The one who activated these spiritual healing energies is a spiritual master of chi, the LaHoChi Master, who exists within the realm of cosmic consciousness.

My LaHoChi Initiation
I had the immense pleasure of being initiated into this beautiful practice, to enrich my experience of energetic and spiritual healings and to support you as best as possible. It was a powerful and gentle initiation at the same time. The energies were palpable throughout our video call, and even more so during the initiation: I was very warm, very thirsty, my hands pulsed, and small waves of shivers ran through my body.
The following night, I slept very well and had dreams more real than life, very pleasant.
The 21 Days After Initiation
After a LaHoChi initiation, a daily self-treatment is practiced for 21 days. These three weeks allow one to get used to these energies, to appropriate them, but also to heal oneself and release old blocked energies, to then be fully capable of giving healings. During this period, as after my healings, I recommend avoiding foods and drinks of low vibrations.
Once initiated, one can in turn give energy healings to those around them, and even initiate new practitioners when the time comes.
