Today, I’m talking to you about hand chakras: where they are, what they’re for, and how to know if they’re open or blocked.
The essentials
- Hand chakras are “minor” chakras located in the center of the palms.
- They open and close to give or receive energy.
- They are closely linked to the heart chakra and transmit love energy.
- They are the ones that deliver energy during an energy healing session.
Where are the hand chakras located?
These minor chakras are located in the center of the palms. They open and close on command to receive or give energy. We also have many mini-chakras in each finger.
What are hand chakras for?
They help supply our seven main chakras with vital energy and are closely linked to the heart chakra (the 4th chakra, Anahata, green in color), which allows for the transmission of love energy.
They allow you to give energy by setting that intention, provided you are sensitive to it. But they also allow you to receive it: by placing your hands on someone’s body, or even by shaking their hand to say hello, an energy exchange is created and you can feel their vibrations with precision. These are the chakras that deliver energy during an energy healing session, such as LaHoChi.
How do you know if your hand chakras are blocked?
Their state is reflected in our ability to give, receive, create, and connect with the world and others. If you encounter difficulties in any of these areas, your hand chakras are likely more or less blocked.
